The App freshman who suffered heat stroke recently is out for the season* – “Moore suffered complete kidney failure and was on dialysis once or twice a week. “When he played for me, Storm was about 250-255 pounds,” Craig said. “He had bulked up to 290 or 295, so going into summer workouts a lot heavier might have had something to do with it.””

Hans Batichon will coach wide receivers. “Playing at App State and being a part of three national titles is just a plus for our program. It’s official.
In conjunction with ASU’s 2009 homecoming theme “Solid Gold,” the Apps will sport gold jerseys for the matchup versus the Eagles. The jerseys, produced by Nike, feature the same design as ASU’s traditional home black and away white tops, but with gold as the primary color, black lettering, numerals, shoulder and side piping and white trim.

A month ago an App State recruit was referred to as the next Curry. Well, CofC coach Bobby Cremins actually went out and got the next Curry Show.
Kinda.
Willis Hall played at Charlotte Christian, where he averaged 15.6 points and 7.8 rebounds. He shot 59.8 percent from the field and scored 1,545 career points, breaking the school record previously held by Stephen Curry, a first-round NBA draft pick out of Davidson.
