I’ve been tweeting back and forth with Jamal. I can say in my experience he is one classy kid who has his head on straight. Last thing I said to him was enjoy this (Elon) win and remind your team what Samford did to Citadel this week.
I could not agree more! He's a fine young man and amazing athlete! Love this kid!!!
Jamal is having a great year, and seems like an awesome kid. He does seem to start most games a little slow. I would like to blame the play calling or intensity of the other team's d at the begining of the game, but in al honesty, he misses a lot of throws early.
He's improving. That's what I like. As long as he keeps getting better, we have a chance to make some noise.
My favorite part about this kid is that he's only a junior. He has one more year to go, and by all indications, he'll only get better.
